Return period
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, at no additional cost to you.
Conditions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns of products that:

They do not show signs of manipulation, wear or damage.
Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.
Return process

We will send you instructions for returning the product.

Once received and verified, we will issue a full refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
